This DIY Elderberry Syrup mix is perfect for saving in your pantry or herbal cupboard for when you need some extra immune support.

The contents of the pouch include- organic elderberry along with other immune-supporting herbs.

Take daily or more often at the first signs of cold or flu.

All that is needed IN ADDITION to this packet is 3/4 cups of local raw honey 

Brew Up a Batch in 3 Simple Steps!

STEP 1
Add the entire Elderberry Mix into a medium saucepan and top with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 30 minutes or reduced by 1/2 whichever comes first.

STEP 2
Strain the juice off the berries and mash to get all the goodness. Let cool

STEP 3
Add 3/4 to 1 cup of raw local honey .

Store in the refrigerator for 6-8 weeks or freeze. Makes approx. 1 quart of syrup.
