February is Heart Health month, and the American Heart Association is a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives for all. 

The fact is: cardiovascular disease is the number 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths annually. That’s about one woman every minute!

But it doesn’t affect all women the same, and the warning signs for women aren’t identical in men. 

There are many misunderstandings about heart disease in women, and they could be putting you at risk. A heart healthy diet and lifestyle are all essential to a successful wellness journey, and the change starts with us. Use heart health month as a reminder to jump start your wellness with a new healthy habit. In our New CBD Consumer Wellness group we have begun a fast during the month of February in an effort to Normalize Wellness. The first 7 days of the month we are removing sweets, meat and dairy from our diets to reset our body, help control some of those nagging cravings, lower cholesterol and create some consistency in making healthier food choices. We will also show you how we incorporate some of our CBD infused products into our daily recipes like honey as a natural sweetener, CBD Oil for our salad dressings and protein powder for smoothies 

The steps you take don't have to be as drastic as ours.

Maybe you will commit to 64 ounces of water daily or to take meat off the menu one day a week or commit to adding 3 servings of fruits and vegetables to your diet at least 3 times a week. However, you choose to reset just know that you are one step closer you a healthier you
